Dr. Forrester graduated medical school from the University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey (UMDNJ) - New Jersey Medicine School in Newark, NJ. She completed her graduate medical education at St. Michael's Medical Center in Infectious Disease and UMDNJ University Hospital in Internal Medicine.
