Dr. Fayyaz received her medical degree from Lake Erie College of Osteopathic Medicine and a Bachelors of Science from the State University of New York at Geneseo, New York. Dr. Fayyaz is Fellowship trained in Clinical Neurophysiology and she served her graduate medical education in Neurology at Drexel University College of Medicine and University Hospitals, Case Medical Center. She is Board-Certified in Neurology.
